As part of the increasing development and progression of females participating in the AFL and Community Football, the VAFA has requested that all clubs hold a ladies game against their opposition in round 5. This match will take place between the reserves and senior matches. If numbers permit, the league would love to see a full match played, though they're also happy to see an AFL 9's game played.
We’ve had some interest from some ladies around the club to take part in a game, if you know anyone else that would like to get involved, please get in touch with the club.
Unfortunately due to a lack of numbers, this game has had to be cancelled.
